Great budget accommodation for a traveller, particularly with a pet. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, and the room was clean, large and well set out. It's budget, but well done budget.

Seems to have mostly students as tenants based on the bicycles in the facilities, but it was quiet and a good value for the money, just bring your own food - nothing to purchase here. Studio Plus is definitely not a luxury hotel, but the price is great and it's perfect for long-term business travelers like myself, who are more concerned with having the conveniences of home than frills. I asked to change from my first room which was pungent with mildew.
The Extended Stay Studio Plus in Innsbrook is closer to a flop house than a hotel. The lobby is unattractive, the common areas are filthy and in desperate need of attention. The rooms, though well equipped with kitchens are poorly serviced between guests. The hotel allows pets for extended stays which accounts for the pervasive pet odor. Stay away! ...read more
